The purpose of the project is to facilitate innovative and eco-efficient food packaging for both the consumer and the companies. Circular economy plays a crucial part in this project and more specific the aim is to reduce agrifood and packaging waste.
The project runs 3 years and in that time different prototypes for innovative and eco-efficient packaging will be developed and presented on a trial basis to the market in order to study the market opportunities.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 773375.
