R-EU-CYCLE: Co-creation workshop on food packaging using plastic materials

Towards more sustainable and more easily recyclable food packaging.

Ontwerp zonder titel 3

How can you make plastic food packaging more sustainable and compliant with increasingly stringent regulations, without losing sight of technical, operational, and economic feasibility?

In this free, interactive co-creation workshop, the partners of the R-EU-CYCLE project bring together companies from the food and packaging sectors, along with researchers and experts. We will discuss concrete challenges, exchange experiences, and explore solutions to improve the recyclability of food packaging.

What can you expect?

  • A benchmark of available solutions: discover potential solutions for items such as chocolate and cheese packaging, laminated paper, and labels with adhesives that affect recyclability.
  • An exchange of experiences and challenges: share your needs and practical experiences with other companies in the food and packaging sectors.
  • Tools and support: learn about the tools and support options offered by the R-EU-CYCLE project to help companies make their packaging more sustainable.

Who is this for?

This workshop is aimed at companies in the food and packaging sectors that want to develop more sustainable and highly recyclable food packaging, while taking into account technical, operational, and economic constraints.

Participation is free, but advance registration is required. To ensure optimal interaction during the workshop, the organizers will personally confirm each registration. Therefore, completing the registration form serves as an application to participate.
