A training about the migration problem of food contact materials, with ample attention to a practical approach of the relevant legislations.
As answer to the many questions about migration that various companies have we organise a practical oriented training. The following topics will be treated:
- What is migration and which factors have a roll in it
- Legislation about food contact materials and migration
- Risk assessment of ink components
- Update on mineral oils: sources of contamination and possible solutions
- Get started with simulation software yourself
